Part-time Chef position:

Currently hiring a new chef to join our growing kitchen team here at The Lady Daly Hotel for 2026. This role offers 20-25 hours per week with opportunities to increase hours per week over time.

Role duties will include:
-cooking at fryer station
-preparing food before service
-setting up and packing down kitchen space
-ensuring cleanliness of station and kitchen

Requirements for role:

-prior cooking experience
-prior cooking experience in a pub setting preferred
-prior fryer cooking experience
-good communication skills
